Welcome to North Springs Theatre! The theatre onboarding process is required for all new and returning students. It provides us with information essential for a successful school year. Please review the steps below and complete the appropriate forms. Contact Mr. King with any questions.
To be completed by the student
One form is required per student, and we ask each student to complete it independently.
To be completed by parent/guardian
This provides us with parent/guardian contact information and adds you to the email list.
To be completed by the student
This form must be completed for a student to be included in playbills for upcoming productions.
To be completed by the parent/guardian & student together
This form confirms receipt of the handbook (digital or hard copy) and acceptance of the policies and procedures it outlines.
